Structure of a Typical Session
The 75-minute session is divided into three fundamental blocks to optimize every minute of your effort.
1. Dynamic Warm-up
We use jump ropes and joint mobility to prepare the body, gradually increasing heart rate.
2. Main Strength Block
Work with iron plates, focused on compound exercises. Rest time is monitored with a timer.
3. Metabolic Conditioning
Circuits in the cardio area, combining machines and bodyweight work for the final burn.
The Essential Equipment
In addition to the machines, we recommend and have available for sale sports accessories that make a difference in safety and performance:
- Lifting belts: For lumbar stability during heavy lifts.
- Grip gloves: Protect hands and improve grip on pull-ups and deadlifts.
- Sports water bottle: Hydration is key. Our model includes a time marker to remind you to drink.
